Questions
The things people ask first.
Do you train on my conversations?
No. Your conversations are not used to train models, not sold, and not shared with advertisers. That isn't a setting you have to find and switch off — it's the reason the subscription exists.
Whose AI am I actually talking to?
Ours. During early access AODex runs on AI that AOCyber hosts on its own infrastructure, so your questions don't get handed to a third-party model provider on the way to an answer. Access to the frontier models from the major labs is coming, and it will arrive with the same privacy rules attached.
Why is there no free tier?
Free AI has to be paid for somehow, and it's usually paid for with your data. Charging for the product is what lets us say no to every other business model. You're the customer, not the inventory.
What's in the trial?
Seven days, no credit card. The full product — memory, your library, every persona, images, web search and documents. If it isn't for you, walk away and nothing happens.
What does 'early access' actually mean?
The product is real and in daily use, and it is still being built in public. You get it at $24 a month, features land while you're using it, and we tell you what's coming rather than implying it's already here.
Where can I use it?
Any browser, plus the iPhone and iPad app. Your account, memory and library are identical on both — start a conversation in one and pick it up in the other.
What happens to the price after early access?
Early access is $24 a month while AODex is in early access. At general availability the plan moves to $42 a month. We'll tell you before anything changes on your account, and you can cancel any time.
Can I get my data out?
Any conversation exports to Markdown, PDF or JSON, and your library is yours to download. Leaving is a button, not a support ticket.
Is this good for work as well as personal?
That's most of what people use it for. Personas cover both sides — a personal finance advisor and a project manager live in the same app — and you can share a conversation or bring a small team in when you need to.
